Michy Lemay, is a Gilford, NH native with a bachelor’s degree in outdoor education, and a masters in education. Michy is licensed to teach grades K-6 and spent many years leading week- and month- long backpacking trips. Once, she biked across the entire USA! Michy now lives in Stowe with her husband, Igor, and their two children. In addition to Rugged Adventures, Michy works as the head coach at Mt. Mansfield Academy for young skiers under 12 years old.

Taylor Mikell, is a lifelong Vermonter who has always loved the outdoors. Taylor has a bachelor's degree in Geology from Williams College, and an MBA from UVM. He spent eight years teaching middle school science at Mt. Mansfield Academy, and now works as a U12 coach in the winter. Taylor lives in Warren with his wife, Megan, and their daughter Zula. Among his outdoor accomplishements he has completed a 272-mile through hike of the Long Trail.
